I had spent some time looking for a created 10x14 gemstone and commissioned someone to cast a custom ring for me so just needed the stone set in a half bezel. Came here because of some reviews. Took a week and when I got the ring back the stone was at a noticeable slant in the setting and rattled some. Didn’t bother to have it fixed to wait another week for em to maybe mess it up further. Thankfully another jeweler I had recently met to have another ring worked on was very kind and fixed up the poor work free of charge in a couple hrs while finishing up my order. I brought three watches to the store for battery replacement and the service was flawless. Normally the watches need to be left for 2 or 3 days until the jeweler can get to them. But he happened to be at the store the same day that I dropped them off, so I was able to pick them up later in the afternoon.
