Orlando Magical Rides — Local services in Belle Isle

We used Orlando Magical Rides for the first time during our trip to Walt Disney World in November 2024, and I couldn't be more impressed.

As soon as we landed at MCO and turned off airplane mode, we received a text from our driver, Musa, letting us know he was en route to pick us up and would meet us at baggage claim. Musa also called upon his arrival to confirm he was there, holding a sign with our name.

When we arrived at baggage claim, Musa had already confirmed which carousel our bags would be on and guided us there. He helped us gather our luggage and loaded it into the vehicle, then whisked us away to our hotel with excellent communication and service throughout.

On our return trip to the airport, Lev picked us up. He was quick to grab our luggage and load it into the vehicle. My youngest was thrilled to be Lev’s copilot and sit up front for the ride. Lev was friendly and engaging, providing great conversation on the way to the airport and ensuring we were dropped off exactly where we needed to check our bags.

I cannot recommend Orlando Magical Rides enough. Their vehicles are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and their drivers are top-notch. All communication, both before and during our trip, was clear and informative, covering all our questions.

I’m already looking forward to using their service again when I return to WDW in March 2025!

Review from March 2025: I recently went on my first solo trip to Walt Disney World and decided to use Orlando Magical Rides (OMR) again after their excellent service on a previous visit. I’m so glad I did! Lev picked me up at the airport and made the experience feel extra special. He met me right at baggage claim, helped with my luggage, and even timed the music perfectly as we passed under the Walt Disney World sign—talk about magical! Lev was just as amazing as he was during my first OMR experience.

For my return trip, Andrea was my driver, and she was equally fantastic. She was so personable, and like Lev, made me feel like family. I felt completely safe and in great hands throughout the entire ride. OMR is our go-to now, and we will never use anyone else....

Orlando Magical Rides is the way to go when you need transport from the airport to a Disney resort! We used Orlando Magical Rides on our most recent Disney trip (January 18-January 24, 2025). When we arrived to Orlando, Gus picked us up at the airport. He was waiting at baggage claim with an iPad with our name on it; we had no wait time & could see him as soon as we came down the escalators. He insisted on helping us with our bags from baggage claim, which made our life so easy since we were traveling with a 2 and 4 year old (and also had 2 carry on bags). When we got to our van, the car seats were installed and ready to go. There was also a HUGE Mickey stuffed animal in the van, which was a?nice touch (my kids loved it). On the way to Kidani Village, Gus turned on Lilo and Stitch for our 2 boys to watch. When we arrived to Kidani Village, Gus also helped unload our baggage, as well. We were picked up from Kidani Village by Alex. Alex was very friendly and personable. We were about halfway to the airport when my husband got a call that we had left one of our bags in the lobby and Alex didn't hesitate to turn around and go get it for us. When we arrived to the airport, Alex unloaded our 4 bags (just as he had loaded them when he picked us up).

Before we left for the trip, I had to make some modifications to our reservations and OMR was EXTREMELY prompt on getting back to me and made the changes needed. The 2 vehicles we rode in were extremely clean, both Gus and Alex were safe drivers, and it made our trip to and from the airport extremely seamless. I chose OMR because we needed car seats for our transportation and they did not disappoint! Thank you for making our travels a bit easier! I will 100% use them again on my next return trip...

Thank you for starting our trip so magically. We are a family of 4 who travel 2-3x a year to Disney. Our flight to MCO with a 12:44 arrival landed 30 MINUTES EARLIER - Don’t panic, right?

Was I worried? Absolutely not.

Did I take a selfie with our amazing chauffeur Irine? Possibly not really but I did document it!

My husband and I were so at ease with our two children, we were just enjoying our start to this vacation and the best part was we didn’t feel like we were schlepping and dragging ourselves to make it out of the airport managing two children lol. THIS experience was 1,000 percent the easiest - we breezed through MCO. Breezed! When did that ever happen to anyone? It felt like we won the lotto.

As soon as we landed, we deplaned and followed the signs to bag claim. We hopped on the shuttle to terminal A and took the escalator down to Level 2 to baggage claim. Irine was in communication with me via text the whole time, and helped us with our luggage. The elevator we took down to Level 1 was where our Mercedes van was. That elevator bank was right next to baggage claim A9.

The Level 1 area I would like to describe as a private VIP area. It was very clean with this beautiful artwork etched out on the walls where you can see through the wall and did not feel claustrophobic.

Our bags were loaded at ease, our kids were so relaxed, and did I mention my husband was loving it?! I think we really did win the lotto with this company.
