We arrived to a dirty home - dirty pool - no WiFi & a hot tub they never worked. They kept saying they were going to send out a person to look at the house and they never came. We spent our first 2 days waiting and when I called them to tell them no one showed and we were going to dinner they blamed the fact that we went to dinner as to why someone didn’t come. Also we had a clogged drain in the Annex room which took 2 days for someone to come out and leave the huge clump of someone else’s hair next to our daughter’s personal toothbrush and makeup. They said they came out right away- they must not count the weekends. The hot tub didn’t work and they said it was weak so again our fault. We stressed the need for the WiFi as we needed it for work and school. They said there was an outage in the area - the ENTIRE WEEK??? but upon speaking to many other residents and our neighbors-no one else had any problems with their WiFi. We actually had to keep going to other hotels and coffee shops to get WiFi. They did send someone out but he had no idea what he was doing and admitted that. If there was an outage with the WiFi apparently it only hit the house we were staying and no where else. Their response to that was again was it wasn’t their fault. We also had a ton of little bugs all over the floors when we arrived and cigarette butts all over the patio. Two huge wasp nests near the pool on the home as well. I also took videos but I can’t upload them, only pictures. I’m sure they are going to say this a fake review because I see they say that every time its negative, but believe me DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- there are so many other options and if they don’t want to take responsibility and make changes to make their customer service better and home’s better they shouldn’t be...

Overall our experience was great. There were a few issues however you was quick to fix them. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. It was a total of 25 individuals children as young as elementary school age and the oldest was 75 years young.

I wish we had an elevator because we had three individuals who had difficulties with steps. One stayed down stairs on the first floor but the other two shared a room upstairs. I love how large and open the kitchen was. It was plenty of room for us to gather together. Before our stay, the pool table was broken by a previous guest and we was disappointed. Most of us like to play pool and was looking forward to it.

We loved the pool area and outdoor living space. We had a blast in this area. My bedroom was beautiful and spacious however, I am spoiled because I own a sleep number bed and my bed couldn’t compare to it. It was comfortable but not a sleep number. Most rooms had a balcony or patio. It was a mixture of tubs and showers in the bedrooms a few had both. Mines had a shower, I wish I had a tub.

The theater room was spacious and we loved the recliners. It was enough for most of us to have one. I would recommend your property again however I suggest that you upgrade the furniture in the dining area especially the chairs, the sun room couches, and maybe consider partnering with sleep number for the...

If you're looking for a place to stay that's close to the magic, but not exactly IN the magic... this is your place. When we arrived, everything was super clean (even the ceiling fans, which as we all know, can be overlooked).

The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, and pretty much everything we needed. And even though our kids are pretty much grown, I love how they had plastic flatware and dishes for little ones to use too.

You'll also be happy to hear that the home is exactly like you see in the pictures. The Frozen room is adorable and the Harry Potter room has so many fun touches (Hedwig is even in the corner!). Needless to say, we all had a great night's sleep after our days in the Florida sun.

The pool is pretty small - I think it's larger than a "dip pool," but certainly smaller than a "regular" pool. But honestly, it's just what you need to cool off in the afternoon. We didn't venture to the clubhouse or the main pool, but we did take advantage of some early morning walks around the lake.
