I had 2 pictures that I had an artist create me on etsy for a christmas gift and I needed them printed out on two 8x10 pieces of photo paper. My husband picked them up the first time and when I looked over them, the one had some pen that somehow had gotten on it while in the store. I asked if they could reprint that one photo. Picked it up the next day. I looked at it and saw that this one was reprinted extra dark and wasn't the colors it was supposed to be (like the first two) and noticed it was bigger than my original two. So I measured and the first two were not the right size. So I emailed again, and apologized for being a pain but the color was wrong and the one good one was too small. So I asked if they could please be reprinted again the right size and color. I picked those up and instantly wanted to cry because they were both printed super dark again. I had even sent photos in my email showing the two side by side so they could see the color difference and size difference. I never even got an "I'm sorry for it being wrong again" just a "we will reprint these one more time for you". I will find another place to take my printing needs...

This one-star review echoes a similar review these folks received four months ago. Bottom line up front: I advise anyone who ever dealt with M&M Printing at this address prior to this new owner, to realize upfront that these new folks are nowhere near as nice as Mark and Peggy. Based on a reason the new owners refused to clearly explain to me when asked, the new owners refused to make 20 corrugated plastic 12"X16" signs that I ordered in person right there in their shop. After several phone calls, and anticipating my reaction, management emphatically placed the blame solely on "their vendor." One of the decision-makers involved in the refusal clearly did not agree with the actual message on the signs I ordered. I will quote next how management ended our telephone conversation earlier today. Her exact words were, "This phone call is over. Our business is concluded." I'm always amazed when mom and pop busness complain because they cant compete against big corporate business. Yet I come to this local printing company on August 14th 2023 around 11am to just print some legal documents. I get to the door and its locked, yet I see people inside and the lights are one. Finally a lady comes to the door and I walk in. She stares at me like why am I hear. I tell her I need to use their printer. She says do you need us to print it for you. I said if you would like to but I can do it myself. Now when I look around, there is a printer not being used, but she tells me sorry we are closed today. I said closed, she says yes we are busy doing another project. She said you can email it to us and we can print it for you, however it will not be done untl August 16th 2023.
