This place is a joke with a bratty teenage mindset running the business there. I made an agreement with the manager to pay an out the door cost, and have my first payment moved 2 weeks after their normal date. That never happened. After discussing the issue (when they called me for a payment) it was said to be resolved. I received another call later on asking for a payment. I said no and this was already resolved. They must not have liked my attitude because I received two more calls within ten minutes of each other asking for payments. So I decided to reach out to corporate. Here I thought that was the key to get the arrangement I made with the store manager. Nope. Went in today to set up auto payment and make my second payment and I got double charged and had a late fee added on. I will be buying this item in full within terms of their contract, and will NEVER do business with this store or any rent a center again. Aaron's is a much better company to do business with. So it was very easy to get me approved for a lease. At a low rate of $104 every two weeks. It was a PC that was previously used. The monitor was not properly put together and fell and broke. They sent it out for repair gave me a monitor off an employees desk and have not called me about the replacement monitor for the product I am paying for sice. It's been almost two months and noonitor, no call, no letter or any type of compensation. No discount. Nothing. So I purposely missed a payment to see how soon they call. IMMEDIATELY. Awful experience from the beginning. Customer service was awful. We had to take the couches off the truck ourselves where one of my coworkers good injured. They didn't bring the tables so when they came back with them, they still were missing one of the tables in the pack of 3. The one couch set had dog/cat fur all over and smelled like urine. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the couch that i rented. When i called to have them pick up couches, they kept saying they would come that day but never did. After 3 calls, they finally came but i shouldn't have to call 3 times. Awful overall experience and would not recommend this...
