If anyone if familiar of S.W.A.G. Southern Ways Audio Garage in Belleview Florida, they tried to charge me 2x to install a DSP which they couldn’t get working and gave me an attitude over saying I owe them $400 ($200 each installation) they had to install a Rockford dsr1 harness and then it was plug and play with the DSP. However the first brand new dsp didn’t work so I got a new dsp and they only had to plug this in but wanted an additional $200 for just plugging it in. Then tried to charge me for setting up my equalizer which is very easy to setup for the moment until they install a DSP they choose. Keep in mind they didn’t completely setup the equalizer because it wasn’t tuned nor all my speakers was plugged in. So I had to go behind them and set up the rest.

I informed them I’d pay them when job is complete and DSP is in the car working. This was a big issue to them and because I told them I’m not paying for a job that’s not complete I didn’t think it was fair to pay them even $100. They told me to leave and never come back very rudely.
