I try to avoid bad reviews to small business but, I reached out to the owner and asked her to meet me halfway, she refused.

I came to this salon with an attainable picture of what I wanted. Gold highlights on my blonde hair. I told her I wanted warmth in my hair. Very simple process that I've done before with no issues. The owner sat me down and explained how they could get me the results I wanted. Another girl did my hair. I won’t say her name.

I ended up with horrible, muddy, reddish, dingy brown hair with bright silver highlights. She cut the left side of my bangs crooked. I spent the last year trying to grow this out. I was trying to communicate with the women when she was attempting to cut it, but she didn't speak fluent English which made it impossible. It looks horrible. it's so upsetting.

The color, the highlights, the cut, the blow out where all bad. Even the products were cheap and sticky. I was so shocked. I didn’t know what to say. I have never had something this bad happen to my hair. I thought maybe when I get home and see it in natural light it, and style it myself it will look better. NOPE. My friends and family agreed it's awful.

When I reached out to her, she offered to put more color in my hair. I don't trust her with my hair. She already ruined it. I asked for a PARTIAL refund. That’s fair. She tried shaming me and saying I was a bad person. She got nasty. She ruined my hair; I have a right to be upset and seek compensation. She has an obligation to accommodate her clients. I came from a small business family. We accommodate our people.
