Baker's Pharmacy — Local services in Bellevue

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 2 years now and never had a problem until today. I called to refill my meds, the automated system wasn’t helping so I called to speak with someone at the pharmacy. I was immediately answered by a man with a rude tone. He asked for my date of birth and name, and as I’m spelling out my last name (spelled different than how it sounds) he immediately cuts me off. I kinda chuckled it off, but he proceeds to talk to me with an attitude the remainder of the call. People have bad days- I get it, but this attitude from this man was unnecessary, especially in a field where you’re interacting with customers who are just trying to get their medication for chronic illnesses, mental health, pain, etc. The ladies here are always very sweet and helpful so it was disappointing to have...

This pharmacy sucks. I've had multiple times where I've came to pick up a prescription and they aren't ready, but have had all day to fill. And I even come when they tell me to, and they still aren't ready. While waiting in line I was told they would call my name, an hour goes by and they never did. Also got cut in line when I was waiting to tell them I've been waiting an hour. Never again am...

every time I go to pick up my rx is not ready and they say they haven't received anything until it magically appears while I'm standing there, or they don't have it and have to order it.
