Three Spirits Tavern — Restaurant in Bellevue

First time tonight (2/3/23). I was tipped off about this place by a friend of mine who owns Aspire & Glo in Crescent Springs. He became friends with the owners and they invited him to sell some of his goods at their location the 1st Friday of each month. My wife and I went down to mostly listen to music. The Two Steve's were playing. I had not heard them before but they were great. I had a couple of drinks and we each had a Flatbread. While the food wasn't awesome, it was decent, and admittedly this place is more bar than restaurant anyway. The band members chatted us up good. They were extremely friendly as was the owner, Charlie. They have a really nice covered patio complete with a fireplace and big TVs. It's not completely finished but got the job done and I have no doubt when it's finished it will be beautiful. The rest of the bar is in an old home oozing with charm. The staff were very friendly with props to "Sagittarius". All in all a very nice evening....

We had visited this establishment in November 2022. When we walked in all was fine- however they had scheduled a private event that day- with only one worker (we were not part of the private event) all of the food we ordered etc did not make it to us. The worst part is when I finally got to the register I asked to cancel the food (it was burning in the back as we spoke) and I would pay cash for what we had already received. I asked for a receipt showing I paid and that my credit card hold was cancelled- I was told she could NOT void the cc only a manager could and she assured me she would do that at the end of the night with the manager. Guess who is still fighting their credit card company because 3 spirits charged me!!!! Why would the only employee working not have the ability to void a transaction. ...

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and should have left a review sooner but this is absolutely my favorite bar. They have a huge selection of bourbon, craft drinks, stuff in the fridge. The spinach artichoke dip is the best I’ve ever had but the buffalo dip, flatbreads, and hanky pankies are also incredible. Every friend I take here LOVES it and wants to come back. Nice seating inside and outside and very cute. Bartenders are always suuuuper friendly. Nice bathrooms. Charlie even opened early for the UC Xavier game a few weeks back when I asked!! I’m so grateful to this bar for hosting so many get togethers and being a great space for me to write my dissertation during the week. Their Moscow mule will always be my fave. Ok I’ll stop...
