Lavender Trail Boutique — Local services in Fort Thomas

Unless you checked their Facebook page, you’d not know they were closed Tuesday. Went to lunch with a friend in Ft. Thomas then to Lavender Trail to shop and found the doors locked. There was an employee inside who saw us at the door, but didn’t bother to acknowledge us. Called the store and was told they were closed as they were getting things back together after the Holiday Market. That’s fine, but how about putting a sign on the door, and at least coming to the door to let customers know. Not good business practice at all for a small business owner - you need to do better! A lovely spot to pick up not only a treat for yourself, but a fun present for someone else! I went in looking for items to give as gifts for my friends getting married/for their bachelorette weekends and ended up finding a few fun items for me to wear at the gatherings.

The customer service was super helpful in both my personal shopping and gift shopping; they even wrapped my gifts in nice tissue paper to make it easy for me to pack into their gift bags when I got home. I look forward to going back and seeing what other fun goodies and...
