This was by far the absolute worst massage of my entire life! It's now the next day, and every movement hurts far worse than before and I'll be lucky to be able to function at work on Monday. There was no medical history taken, and my provider seemed to have no idea of how the human body works. I had a medication patch on that I specifically said needed to stay on, but it was left barely hanging by one edge. It's the kind of medication that does not get replaced, so now I have to wait two more days for the next one. Then, when she asked what didn't work for me and I was politely explaining, she tried to imply that I don't stretch enough and sit too much in my work and that's why it was hurting. That is utter BS because I walk an avg of 8 miles/day at my job and am constantly doing dynamic movement and strength activities.
