Currently healing from my 2nd session of microneedling with Nikki. Highly recommend Nikki for Microneedling! I had been seeing another girl at a different salon in West Seattle and I wasn't happy with her or my results, so when I found Nikki I switched immediately after we talked about my concerns because her approach was so different. My skin is SO sensitive, but Nikki knew what to do. We made a plan; she was honest and up front with the prices, and during the procedure, Nikki talked me through each step which is a blessing when youre nervous. Plus: SHE IS CLEAN!! I am a nurse, so when she showed me her untensils and her process I was happy! A numbing agent is applied, so I felt nothing. There was no rushing either. After about 3 days of healing with just the 1st sesion my smile lines and the one big frown line across my forehead are totally gone. Both Nikki and I were shocked at how nicely my difficult skin healed up. It wasn't painful after the numbing agent wore off, and Im sure it depend's on the person, but I was only bright red for 2 days after my 1st session. I have been a client of Olga for many years. Lately also my mom became a client. The level of service used to be high but now it has dramatically declined. Every time I get my hair done it gets more expensive but the result in my hair is three different colors. The worst is for my mom. Her hair was done really bad and instead of fixing it, Olga refused and treated us very bad. She did not refund us and she did not acknowledge the mistake she made. She blocked us on Instagram. She said she was not going to be the colorist for us any longer. I am disappointed to be treated this way after I even sustained her during Covid. My friend said the same thing that she even made a mistake on hair cuts.

Everyone makes mistakes. We all have hard days. I would just appreciate it to acknowledge that and fix the mistake...

I moved to WA recently and needed a new stylist. I picked this salon because of previous reviews. The stylist wanted me to send her photos of my current hair and then photos of what I wanted. We even consulted about it for 15 minutes before she started. My hair looks awful nothing like the pics. It looks like a normal foil highlight but with spotting towards my roots. When confronted she said it was balyiage and stylist do it different. I have had balyiage done for 10 years and it has never looked like this. It is always natural and subtle not chucking highlights almost to roots! I have all pics saved not sure how to upload...
