This place has terrible customer service. The first lady I talked to at the window was extremely rude. She was the only one wearing a mask during my time there. When I was describing what I wanted she interrupted rudely telling me to ask for help in the yard. The first guy (no mask) was cool but had me pick through a stack of stones that were not the size I had asked for. Then after searching through I saw a stack with what I wanted he brought a similar batch down and I found great stones. Then a lady (no mask) comes out says I can't use that stack. So I start sorting through first stack. She comes out again tells me I'm making a mess and points me in direction of stones that fit what I want. Then a man comes out (no mask again) and tells me those stones can't be loaded with the stone I already have and complaining that I'm making a mess. At that point I left. The set up overall is a pain if you want just a few single stones you have to put them on pallet then weigh it. Then if you don't want the pallet you have to unload again to leave pallet. Great people, awesome selection of beautiful, natural stone products. I went in at the request of my mason to select some stone for my fireplace and Christine helped me determine pricing and lead times for a couple of options I had selected. Very pleasant to work with even after I had changed my mind a couple of times in regards to the slabs of stone for the hearth and mantle and were able to custom order and cut the mantle to our design intent. I’ll be giving them my business again when I decide to do exterior stone pavers as well!...

I am a homeowner who enjoys DIY projects. During a recent patio remodel I visited this SiteOne 5 times for different products. I worked with 4 different people, each of whom was knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful. They helped me think through the next phases of the project and offered samples when available. In one case they even suggested a competitor because they didn't stock my item.
