I took my yorkie Bentley here recently since my family and I were going on a trip - let me say Brianna is the kindest and most involved caretaker in the business :) She always sent photos and videos every single day during my trip and it would take away any worries I had of my dog not being happy or taken care of. He’s not very social and has separation anxiety, but it looks like he warmed up very quickly to the other dogs and made a lot of friends! By the end of my trip it seemed like he was sad to be leaving them and as I type this he currently misses them a lot. Brianna is very good at following instructions - especially since Bentley was going through daily medicinal treatments he normally doesn’t go through. She’s very fast at responding and answers any questions you may have. She’s also kind to all the dogs and treats them all very well, and I like that she makes sure the little dogs and big dogs are separated so my little one won’t get hurt. I have been going to Signal Hill for my dog's daycare so I thought I'd try this one since It's closer to my place. She gave me a quote of $350 for the amount of days I needed and said it's due on drop-off so I paid her after I brought my dog. 2 hrs later she called and said my dog is too much, have separation anxiety, and wants me to pick her up. I had to call a friend to pick up my dog since we are already at the airport. After my friend picked up my dog, Briana only refunded me $300 and refused to give me back the additional $50! She said "When your dog is dropped off the service begin so there is a charge, so yes you were charged for today. I'm sorry for any confusion." All dogs will take some time to adjust especially if it's a new environment and my dog is never "too much" for any of the places I've taken her. Another friend of mine said Briana (this business owner) tried to do this to them as well but they were already out of town. Let me start by saying this was the best experience for my new puppy I could’ve asked for. I felt so comfortable leaving my 3 month old puppy for 4 days while we went out of state. It was last minute and honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. My kids were so nervous to leave her that we almost cancelled the trip. Instead I found The leash I can do, and we gave them a try. We kept great contact throughout the week and we’re sent pictures showing all the fun stuff our lil pup was doing. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing puppy was in great hands. Knowing there is a place my pup feels at home is awesome!
