Came in on Saturday and the store was not very busy (maybe 3 customers in the store). I was shopping for ties and a new dress shirt. Nobody welcomed us in which has not been my experience in the past. Nor did anyone ask us if we needed help. It was not til later that I saw a sign that said I had to use a QR code to login and get in queue for service. I found my own ties no problem but needed some help with a shirt. I approached a female employee that was folding clothes on a table. I asked her if she could help me with a shirt at which time she gave me a disgusted look on her face and said āwhat size?ā I asked if she could measure me as this was a shirt for my upcoming wedding and I needed it to fit well. She ignored my request and proceeded to bring out 3 shirts for me to try on, none of which fit. This employee was lack luster and I really got the feeling that she really did not want to be bothered. Eventually she said they would not have my size and I needed to order it. So I am ordering a shirt that I am not sure is going to fit, but I can always return it I guess. im just very disappointed in this experience with this employee and menās warehouse needs to know. When ringing up my purchase her attention was on some other customer that another employee was ringing up. She just had a dead stare, barely acknowledged me. My fiancĆ© felt the same way as she mentioned the strange encounter first after leaving the store and we just shrugged our shoulders. Disappointed...
   Read moreThis evening my fiancé and I went into the store to try on some different jackets and vests to try and figure out the color combination for our upcoming wedding. When we got in the store we were greeted and asked if we needed help, we told them we were browsing curently but will need their help soon. Upon time of needing help the store associate seemed inconvenienced that we had asked for help. She was dismissive when we asked what size jacket would fit me best, Insted of helping with measurments she just looked, guessed, and went back about what she was doing. Not satisfied with her help, we went to the gentleman in the store. He began helping us then as we were waiting for him he swiftly walked passed us stating he had actual manager things to get done and told the female associate to assist us with measurements. Both seemed to be completely distracted in what they were doing vice helping us. Neither of the employees checked in on us after finally giving us the measurements so we could properly find the right size needed. We were left to our own accord to try and find what we were looking for. The next time that we were asked if we needed anything else was at checkout when they asked if we found everything ok? At that point we were so discouraged we just purchased the item we did find as we wanted to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is my second review and Iām changing it from two stars to one. This is probably the worst customer service Iāve ever received. Iāve been told different things by every employee every time I visited the store and had to come back multiple times just to get correct alterations. The last straw is today when my husband went to pick up his suit and two suits for our sons. He was told all the items were in the bags, checked and ready to go for our reception Saturday. Luckily I am a thorough person and decided to look through them when I got home and my husbands shoes are missing and so are my sons pants. I am so glad I am finding this now and not Saturday. Someone please open a tuxedo shop, you will definitely run them out of business by just being efficient. 1st review: My fiancĆ© came in for a fitting, didnāt even get measured. Tried on a relaxed fit jacket and didnāt like the fit. So they ordered a slim fit without even having him try it on. He told them he was unsure of pant size in dress pants so they picked the smaller size. Not impressed at all. For the price youād think youād get good service. Letās hope it all fits since it comes in less then a week before...
