Northwest Sleep Solutions is the place to go if you are looking for a bed! The first time I went in looking for a bed was right after work and as a welder sometimes you end up looking a little like a homeless person and they were incredibly nice and friendly and answered all my questions and showed me some beds to try out. They are far from pushy they want you to try different beds and see what you like there not standing over you like used car salesmen they point you in the direction you should go and they don’t bug you constantly. The owner and his kids are definitely passionate about beds and have a wealth of knowledge. The delivery process was incredibly easy they had me set up for a delivery at the same time I was paying for the bed I bought it on a Saturday and it was delivered 3 days later on Tuesday. The delivery guys were incredibly friendly and had my new bed set up and ready incredibly fast they were a joy to have come deliver the bed. Sent my bed with my daughter on the first of April when she moved. Figured if I was going to buy a new bed, it was going to be mine. Stores were just closed. Reopening was stalled. Evidently mattresses are not essential, although, I find them so. As soon as NWSS was able to make deliveries, Scott contacted me and put me on the delivery docket. He sent two nice fellas to bring me a bed on their first delivery day. I purchased the Sucia with a Eurotop. Did a little moving around the first night-- not tossing and turning, but just figuring out that every position I chose was lovely. Hands down, the best consumer experience I've had in a long time. The only reason I can think of to shop other places first is so you can truly appreciate the rock solid value and expertise of this family-operated business. Working with the owner, Scott, was more like working with an advocate or a dula than a salesperso and we ended up paying a little less than half what we would have paid for a mattress on "super sale" at Maceys -- that we didn't like as much as the one we ended up with.
