Never Did I Think I Was Going To Be One Of Those People!, So Anyways One Of My Friends Had Recommended This Shop, Despite Me Normally Going To "Royalty Tattoo Collective " In Burlingame, Or "Sugarfoot Tattoo" In San Mateo, So I Decided To Go In On A Monday Somewhere In The Afternoon,A "Walk In" I wanted something Small, So I'd Figure Since I had Called Earlier To See If They Had Room For For WalkIns& The Person That Picked Up Said Yes, It Wouldn't Be Much Trouble, Anyways I Go In, I Show The Gentlemen(Kevin I think, Hispanic Dude)What I Wanted, Something Simple, A Piece Sign With Flames Going Around It, He Told Me, "Oh You Don't Have Room For All That, But He Goes I Can Do The Piece Sign If You Want&Maybe Someone Later On Else Can Add The Flames, Me Being Me, I Was Like, I Am Already Here, So I Settled For The Piece Sign, Its Been Over 2 Weeks, Its Healed&It Looks A Horrible!, Someone At Work Told Me If I Had Gotten This Done In Someone's Back Yard, But Worst I Was Told If My 4 year Old Nephew Had Drawn It,..So Word Of Advice, Do your Research, Make In Appointment if Possible& The Artist's Doesn't Give you a "good vibe" From the moment you walk into the shop....RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!...Please Ask One Of Your Guys If They Recognize This.. This is by far my favorite/go-to shop in the peninsula. The staff are so nice, welcoming, and professional - and they do a really fantastic job. I have yet to get a tattoo done here (really want to get a touch up done soon!), but I’ve gotten many consultations and piercings here over the last 8 years. Each piercing I got was done with great care and I have never had an issue with infections etc. as the equipment is always properly sterilized and the jewelry is high quality. Years ago my tragus piercing had a habit of falling out (which was my fault), but I was able to walk in and get it screwed back on for only $15. I came in this week to see if there was any chance I could get my navel re-pierced, and to my surprise the piercer was able to do it flawlessly despite some scar tissue from a previous piercing and surgery I had there. Came in for an ear piercing walk-in and was met with some of the worst customer service l've ever received. Ear piercings are located downstairs but the entrance was closed off. Upon coming upstairs for help I was told do go back downstairs and wait. Employees were chatting in the room and actively ignoring me. The same employee from upstairs came downstairs and asked me some questions (which I couldn't hear due to loud music/conversations and the fact that I am hard of hearing). I asked her to please repeat and she yelled them at me. I immediately declined their service afterwards. It's a shame that the customer interaction was so poor that no service was even preformed.
