It’s in our human nature, whenever anyone offenders, treats us poorly, or simply provide poor service we immediately jump to give a bad review. But that’s not the case for this company. From start to finish, Electroman, was very professional. Prior to us having our first initial estimate for the service that I need for my house, Electroman always followed up with me prior to the start date to remind me of our appointment as well as to let me know if there were any changes and so forth. We had to move our appointment date back a week because he was caught up at another job that went longer than expected but he notified me four hours prior to the job being completed so that I can revise my schedule. His courtesy, his business partner Juan, came in on a Friday morning at 8:30am and left before 9:30am, resolving my issue of my power outage in random areas in the house. I was avoiding getting it fix so this problem lasted for a month. He was able to go to the breaker and examine the root issue of the cause and tell me what was going on, educate me, and give me resources so that if this happens in the future we would be better inform as homeowners of any potential power surges. On the way out as he left due to the fact that my patio door was broken, I notified them to be careful because I did not want them to get hurt and they simply had an power drill and a few extra screws and they were able to give me a temporary fix to my patio doors as a curtesy. If this isn’t a small business owner, with a smile,and great work for every single job that you perform then I don’t know what it is. I have been in contact with other electricians and something about them didn’t seem right and I’m glad I waited for this company to come in my house and provide the service. I’ve also had to make many decisions when it has involved other work being done on my house and these are the most genuine people that I’ve seen in a really long time simply because most people who come to perform a service they typically overcharge, do spotty work, and leave you feeling as if you’ve been robbed but not them and I am extremely grateful for their service and I recommend them to anyone who needs the service done to their house. They are not going to charge you simply because you’re not an expert in the field, but they are going to be truthful and give you a sense of peace knowing that once the work is done that you can rest assured that this problem will not rise again within the next couple of weeks because of a poorly performed job. I would highly recommend Electroman. First, they weren't an 800 number that I had to be transferred to a local electrician. It was important to me to use a local company. I had called large scale company before these guys. The other company charged me just for the initial call. Then they gave me an estimate that was outrageous. I was actually offended. Electroman came out. They didn't charge me for the estimate which was significantly lower than the other company. Electroman was VERY reasonable. The owner of the company answered the phone on the first call. I wasn't transferred to anyone or nor did I have to leave a message.

I had a wall removed and needed to move outlets around. Electroman came out and had to move the electrical wires to a temp location so that the construction team could then come and build the new wall. I had a very small window in between framing inspection and drywall. There were a few complications on the construction side so I was only able to give Electroman about a 16 hour notice to come back and put outlets and switches in the perm locations. To my surprise, they were back at my house at 8am the next morning to finish everything up. The owner even came out to inspect the work done.

We are in the process of installing a swim spa in the back yard. We knew immediately that we were gonna need a concrete man and a good electrician. This job has actually been a blessing because we found both! I’ve already reviewed MR Concrete, now comes Mr. Harry Davis and Electroman. I’d give them 500 stars if I could. Professional, proficient, knowledgeable, and for sure hard working! Especially in this mid 90’s sweltering heat!
