The food is good!!!, the service sucks!!!!!!! everytime we have eaten there, the staff does not even know what customer service is, it is like they dont even want to take your order, and when you do order it they finally bring it out to you after 30 mins, and they never come back to check on you, the waitress we had last time forgot our drinks and she did say sorry but she was telling us oh they are cashing out my tips i forgot about you and she brought us our drinks she left we did not even get another waitress i had to go to the counter to ask for a refill and that waitress looked as if i had disturbed her in a daydream, and as we were leaving the lady said do you need a refill -_- really? so we didnt leave a tip cause it sucked and we didnt know who to give it to. Yes i know that "why did we keep going back?" well i dont always want mcdonalds or wendys to eat, and we would hope it would have gotten better service but the times we did get service it would be because we were at the counter looking at the staff and still it was always hard to get...

The wait staff are usually decent. The pharmacy/gift shop staff are usually very sweet. The food is ok but I wouldn't rate it much better depending on the day. They were not very friendly at all when we had my daughter's birthday party there. The room was disgusting with food and stains on the walls, extremely cramped, gross water stains on the ceiling that were molded and smelled very musty.

Side note: We just had my daughter's birthday party and we're told one price when we booked it. Then as we went to pay for remaining balance (minimum of 10 people), we were charged $3 per kid bowling in addition to the price we were quoted. They also couldn't tell who had a pray "on the floor" and tried to put us on the floor when we had clearly booked the party room. We ended up paying $50 more than what we had been quoted. I didn't eat here, so my review is only for the bowling alley, games, and billiards. Nice, clean bowling alley. Well kept lanes and very friendly customer service. I gave only 4 stars because the games and pool tables still require quarters and the attendant said that they aren't allowed to give cash back on debit/credit cards. My son was pretty upset that he couldn't play games. UPDATE (7/23/22): all of the previous applies, but the prices are way too much. I took my two children to play 3 games. The cost for shoes (almost $15) and bowling ($4.50/person per game) added up to almost a $55 charge. I like bowling, but I won't be going back for that price. I know costs are more and the business has to pass that cost on to the customers, but that really is a ridiculous price. Should been nmany more than. $35. I have never bowled for such...
