So I came in earlier today to purchase a product from the store and I had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the staff at the front desk.
When I arrived in through the doors I greeted the worker and asked how their day was and their response was, "Well, (huff) I was trying to eat my lunch." Now if the worker just asked me "Hey, I'm on lunch break can you come back later" or "Hey were closed for 30 mins" I would have left and gone to another vape shop without an issue. However, he just continued to make sly remarks while trying purchase what I wanted.
I then asked him a question about a vape product behind the counter and he replied, "I don't understand why you should even be driving if you can't even read the labeling." I was then getting a little irritated with the worker and started saying my peace (After he said his own). I felt belittled and was just asking the worker a question about something in the store and he turned it into a full blown argument. His attitude was very aggressive and I surely hope he doesn't do the same for other customers in the store. I'm a very forgiving person but I could only imagine the kind of quarrel that could have happened if the wrong kind of person showed up.
If this is the kind of place that treats their customers like trash then I don't think I will be returning in the future. I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience.
