I tried using 2 promotional cards that were both for free meals (both were brand new cards that have never been used), which I’ve used these types of cards before in the past at this location multiple times and they have always accepted the card’s and I was able to redeem my items for free as promised on the card. Came here today and they scanned my card multiple times and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t being accepted, then told us that the card was for another location. But I have always used these cards at their location and they always accept it? And since they scanned it over and over again now it will not even allow me to use my 2 cards for free meals at the location they said that accepts them (because once you scan it once u can no longer use it, and they kept scanning it trying to figure out the issue.) Then they proceeded to ask if we still want the food, but not for free as promised on the card. Um that was the point in using the card… and the manager or whoever it was (blond girl with her hair up in a bun wearing a blue jacket) proceeded to tell us “oh so you guys just want free food?” With attitude, actually yes unprofessional little girl I do want my free food because that’s what my promotional card promised and that’s why I’m here today.. and like I said they never had issues accepting the cards in the past. I feel robbed, if they weren’t going to let me redeem my free meals at their location, they should have at least not scanned my card or given me a new one since they scanned it so many times because now I can’t use it anywhere. I would be more understanding if they had never accepted them before but they have literally accepted the cards continuously in the past but not this time? Trash service and the workers obviously don’t care and give attitude. So now I’m here pregnant and hungry because chick fil a Belmont didn’t want to accept my card and robbed me of using it anywhere else. Would give 0 stars...
Read moreI ordered catering to reward my Civics students and had to pick it up on my planning before the students' lunch. I understand things happen, but no one communicated how tardy/behind they would be. Businesses devalue time and it's importance. I couldn't have paid $20 less on my $260 order or paid them 20 minutes after I received the food. My money, in it's full amount, was expected at the time of exchange. It would have been nice for the food for my students was ready at the time promised. My students had to sit in the cafeteria while everyone else ate lunch waiting on me to rush to get back to school. I timed for a 10 minute window (the commute is 30 minutes) but not 20 minutes.
Watching my students scarf down their food was really hard to see. I expressed this to Chic-Fil-A and asked for a 50% credit or refund so I could recreate how this reward was supposed to go. That was denied with the offer of a cookie tray OR (not even and) a tray of nuggets. I purchased 33 packed meals. A tray of nuggets or a cookie tray would feed 6 of my high schoolers. I declined the insulting offer because I couldn't split those offers up equally among all of my students. As a teacher, I understand things may get out of control and derail plans, but the fallout of that should never fall back onto the kids. This time it did and I'm extremely disappointed Chic-Fil-A didn't care to make it right. I love my students and we were so excited to give them this reward. I'll make it up to...
Read moreGreat Chik-fil-A restaurant! Drive-thru lanes usually move fast whenever I go there, which is quite frequently. The employees at the drive-thru are always friendly and very efficient. As are the inside staff as well. This most recent time I visited, I had the pleasure of meeting a young man working the drive-thru by the name of Christian. IMO, Christian went above & beyond with excellent customer service. I'd recently received a Mother's Day gift; a Chick-fil-A gift card.. I'd uploaded the gift card amount to my Chick-fil-A account on my phone app while I was there in the drive-thru line, and before I neared the pull up to pay & pickup area, he stepped up to my car window and asked how I'd be paying... and I told him with my gift card credit that I'd just upload it onto my Chick-fil-A account through my app on my phone. Christian helped me since it was my 1st time unloading a gift card credit amount to my account...and I wanted to ensure that I could in fact, use this credit amount right away for my order at the window. He showed me on my phone app and said to me "yes you can." He was very willing to help and with a very positive and upbeat attitude.. a very nice young man. Christian is an asset to have at Chick-fil-A. I will continue to visit this location as not only are they friendly, efficient, and helpful, but also the food is always fresh and made to order. Hot and delicious as Chick-fil-A always is. If you haven't been, you should...
