Found this eatery while dispatching out of the Mount Holly terminal. I walked in and found it to be clean and welcoming. I saw several laborers in the dining area, which is an automatic good omen. I saw several interesting items on the menu and decided to go with the Birria. In speaking with my waiter, I found the owners were from my home state of Jalisco. The preliminary chips were complimented with sole very tasty salsa and refried beanz. I opted for the agua de jamaica for my drink. The jamaica was flavorful and sweetened perfectly. The Birria was tender and seasoned well. The handmade flour tortillas were fresh and soft. Overall, it was an outstanding meal. I look forward to trying more menu items the next time I'm in the area. If you're looking for the real deal in Mexican cuisine, try this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Such yummy Mexican food! This little stop on the side of the road is adorable and very tasty. The burritos were giant, and super delicious. We really enjoyed the chicken fajitas burrito. Everything was very flavorful down to the rice and beans served on the side. The standout meal, though, was what is pictured below, served in a molcajete. We cannot remember for our lives what this was called, and we can’t find it on the online menu. It had meat, shrimp, nopales, and fresh cheese, and it stayed hot for the entire meal. Our server got really excited when my dad said he wanted to order this. If you order this, please reply to my review to tell me what it’s called! Highly recommend you stop by this place.

Bueno! You arrive to a spacious gravel parking lot next to the road. A brightly painted building in the colors of the Mexican flag is clean and well maintained. Greeted immediately at the door by a smiling face and welcoming voice, “Sit anywhere you’ld like.” Establishing our place at a cozy booth, I head to the clean and welcoming restroom to wash my hands. Our server Brittany, cheerfully takes our orders, vegetarian #1and #2, combo platters. While we wait, tortilla chips, refried beans and salsa are served complimentary. The food arrives hot and fresh, in no time. The prices are amazing. $10 for each combo plate. We are 5 star happy!! Thank you Casa Vieja! Don’t ever change❤️

I've come to this place for well over a year. I was a loyal customer. It infuriates me when I make a call because they forgot to put the chulupa. The person who answered the phone at 6:15 pm Thursday night decided to tell me I order a burrito with rice and beans #18. I told her that is not what I ordered I ordered a number two because I don't even like burritos first of all and I just ate a taco and awas missing a chalupa. I simply just asked her if she had it on the counter somewhere so I can pick it up. Instead of rectifying the situation she decided she was going to argue what I have. How do I have a burrito and rice and beans when I'm staring at a chimichanga mini order a taco that I ate and missing a chalupa and I don't know what the other thing was called. That's just bad for business there's places that are closer to me that are just as good and I won't return and that's what I told her I said I'm not going to argue back and forth with you about what I ordered when I'm looking at it. I just really wanted to try the chalupa cuz I never have and we even had a discussion about it when I ordered it. She explained to me exactly what it was. Some people just need to have good customer service skills to know that all she needed to do was say hey come get the chalupa and make it right. Not argue with me for 5...

Came in to place a Togo order. There were about two people in front of me. Right before it was time to walk up to the counter and place my order, the girl at the counter asked if I was picking up an order. I told her I needed to place an order today. IMMEDIATELY, she called the young white couple behind me, who just finished dining in, to come to the order she she could process their payment. I looked in confusion because I thought maybe I was tripping. There is no way that this grown woman processed these people’s payment before taking my order. I was clearly in line before them, I watched them walk up behind me. See, this is my issue with her...lack of respect and lack of communication. She could have simply said “I’ll be with you in just one moment, let me ring this couple out since they were dining in.” I literally walked out. Why would I spend money at a place who places people who were clearly behind me, in front of me to take care of them first. I was ordering Nachos, those people could have waited. Please train your staff to communicate and respect everyone who walks through this door. Clearly it’s time for the inspector to come and check out...
