This is a whole new Rent -A-Center! I've been doing business with this location going on 3years and HATED this place.....now that it's under new owners and they have Mason as it's new face and person in charge...I love this place......I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE LIKE MASON'S! this is someone that TRULY cares for his customers. I know this place has had a bad rep for sometime now but you MUST give them another shot... As long as Mason is there you will not regret it! I will follow Mason to ANY location he goings to! ISO washer, mine died and we won't be buying one until March. The advertised special for $5 for 1st week was not available at this location and they do not offer short term rentals (less than 6 months). Rep was helpful as best as he could. Suggested we go to Gastonia store, I called the Gastonia store and they don't deliver to Charlotte, suggested I call the South Blvd location. I came in looking for a bedroom set and found the perfect one. I did paperwork and everything excited to get this set. I told Mason before even doing paperwork that I stay on the 3rd floor.
