“YOU JIVE TURKEY” haha ! Oh my where do I start? This is such a great food truck ! The sanitation score is 💯 and the owner Phillip is so nice and considerate ! I work at the hospital and he comes once a week to my job! First of all his smoke turkey legs are AMAZINGGGGG! Every time he comes to my job I order one . The legs are nice size and flavored all the way through. One time he came and didn’t have them 😮 and I was devastated so he promised me he would save one for me the next time he came... welp that was today and just like Phillip promised he had a huge juicy delicious turkey leg waiting for me !! 😍😍 I can go on and on about how delish his food is ... We hired Jive for a drive-thru event yesterday, and I was SO impressed! Philip allowed me to request a limited menu for the event, and he cranked out meals quickly. They were all fantastic. YUMMY FOOD! Jive Turkey came to our apartment complex, and we were intrigued by the menu as it was out of the ordinary and new. We got the Creole Shrimp Bowl, a turkey leg, and a Shrimp Po boy with extra Jive sauce on the side.
