If I could give less than a 1 star customer service review I would. Their salesmen at the store are sheisty, untruthful, and don’t fully disclose. While they do price match, their customer service is worth taking the drive to Nebraska Furniture Mart where you have honest and reliable service. First, a month ago, I purchased a table and chair set. Love the piece for the price, paid $100 for them to come deliver AND take the trash… however they didn’t have it all in stock. Told me if I wanted the “in stock” pieces early, I had to pay TWICE for delivery or I could go by the warehouse. The warehouse isn’t far from me, so I opted for that… then I’m told BUT THEY WOULDN’T BE ASSEMBLED… why? Why do I have to assemble furniture I paid $100 for it to be done? AND I had to pick it up?! The warehouse guys were even confused, but that’s what the salesperson put on the form, and they couldn’t assemble for me due to potential warranty issues or something. Second, today purchased a new bedroom set. Knew exactly what we wanted, they agreed to price match Nebraska Furniture Mart (which is a bit of a drive compared for us). At check out with the finance guy, was told we have 7 days to return anything FOR ANY REASON with a 10% restock fee (fine, totally get it). The salesman got us also to purchase a mattress we tried out (and it felt ok at the store likely due to high volume of people testing it out). Get home, the mattress is ROCK SOLID. Instantly call asking to return and was told mattress are NON REFUNDABLE. Dude even tried saying it’s a state law (it’s not). Why during the 10 minute purchase process were we never told this?! The ONLY time we were ever told this policy was when I tried to return the mattress within 5 hours of purchase. The “pamphlet” they stapled our receipt to says it… however NO ONE MENTIONED IT IN THE PURCHASE PROCESS. Completely unethical sales tactics, awful customer service, definitely recommend NFM for all furniture purchases and will absolutely take my business there from now on when we need...

On Saturday, 20 October, I walked into Furniture Deals with the thought in mind of purchasing a recliner. One lady did ask what I was interested in and did tell me I was in the right area. That is the one and only time that day anyone in the store asked about what I was interested in. I proceeded to look at recliners on my own. Eventually, I had looked at all the recliners and still no one had attempted to assist me further. I left the store. I returned to the store the next day and Matt assisted me in making my purchase. On Wednesday, 31 October, my recliner was delivered to my home in a very timely manner. I appreciate the call telling me the delivery would be in approximately 10 minutes. The delivery truck arrived and everything went very well. The young men who delivered the recliner were very courteous and explained everything to me. Great customer service from these two young gentlemen. I have bought furniture from Furniture Deals before and have always been more than satisfied with the service I have received. I never do reviews but this one I have to do I bought some furniture from the belton store. When I came in everybody was so nice. The man that help me was very helpful I was finishing my new apartment and I got a couch, a recliner, a kitchen table and chairs. When the men brought my furniture was very nice and respectful to my home. Put blanks up on the doors so they wouldn't scratch the door ways. Put everything togather all I had to do was set on it. A month goes by and one of my kitchen chairs broke a leg. It was nothing I did and nothing they did. When I text them about it. They was very helpful and understanding about my kitchen chair. They mailed me a new leg with screws. I was and have been very satisfied with my whole experience with furniture deal in Belton. So if your looking for furniture and want good quality and have it ordered to your place and even if something goes wrong and you need to talk to customer service.
