Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Belton

I went to Dutch Bros today Around 12:30 pm. My kids and I have always loved coming here, until today. We ordered two kids smoothies. One with boba, one with cream. Only because my youngest is highly allergic to dairy: and I have an allergy to dairy as well. Both drinks were made with cream. I let the two girls know it wasn’t made correctly, into which they asked for both back and poured them both in the drain.

When we received the remake we drove off; thinking it was going to be good this time. We had not even left the parking lot when my daugher took her first drink and the Lid- not being put on correctly- popped completely off spilling the whole drink all over my brand new 2024 bronco. Not to mention the chai I ordered with oat milk was made with dairy, as my lips started itching immediately from my allergy. Also, the new drink with boba we Paid for had no boba.

I drove back through the window, waiting for the other cars to go through. letting the two girls know what happened (I have have never seen them there before) and letting them Know that I needed #1 napkins #2 they didn’t put the drink lid on and it spilled A whole drink all over my brand new car and #3 the Chai had dairy (it makes my lips itch almost immediately from my dairy allergy)

They asked if I wanted them to make a “new drink” while they laughed and rolled their eyes about it- which I said to both of them, I don’t know what’s so funny?

If this was my company - I would never hire anyone who treats their customers like this- and they would be fired immediately. This is probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced ever, I wish I didn’t tip these rude inconsiderate ladies. Funny my little drinks cost $22 and this is how...

I cannot say enough great things about Dutch Bros! Every time I visit, I am greeted with the most enthusiastic energy. The atmosphere is always upbeat, and the staff genuinely seem to love what they do—it makes such a difference!

A special shoutout to Evie, Chloe, and Micky, who always go above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Evie is an absolute ray of sunshine, always engaging in friendly conversation and making sure my order is just right. Chloe is incredibly efficient and never fails to recommend the best drinks when I want to try something new. And Micky? Pure magic behind the counter! The way they craft each drink with such care and precision is unmatched.

Beyond the drinks, the service is what keeps me coming back. No matter how long the line is, the team moves quickly while still making every customer feel valued. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers fast service, incredible drinks, and outstanding customer interactions, but Dutch Bros nails it every time.

Today, I promised my dogs a coffee run. They love to ride in the car. So, we get to Dutch Bros and 2 young girls in a big Toyota Tundra 4x4 stall out right in front of me. So this is not a review about the coffee or the couple of minutes that it took for the 2 young girls to try to get this beast of a vehicle that had died on them to move. But, it is about the staff at Dutch Bros and their undying upbeat ability to try to their very best to help this situation to conclusion. They tried to jump-start the truck with one of their own vehicles, and they even tried to push this huge truck around the short curve, which was hampered by the wheels being locked. Other customers even tried to help, and one resourceful individual worked the issue out and was able to help move the truck into an adjacent lot.
