I love this restaurant so much that I asked a friend of mine to watch my 9 month old baby so that I can pick up dinner for the baby and I. So I order and pick up my order. I was clear and precise, I even asked the cashier to repeat my order back to me, she did and it was correct. I get home and notice that there was a mix up, obviously the cook did this, maybe not paying attention to the ticket because this also read my order correctly. I then attempt to get the situation rectified by calling to speak with a manger regarding the mistake. He offers for me to drive back and get the corrected order. I informed him that my friend has left and I have no one to watch my child for that type of trip (20 mins one way). He says alright I give you ONE DOLLAR of your order back for the mix up, now mind you due to this mix up, I'm out of half of the meal I paid for. I couldn't believe that he was serious so I then informed him that I will be returning their meal because his level of customer service did not deserve my business. I then had to pack up my child and drive back up there to even attempt to get a full refund, not only that but he literally THROWS the whole meal in the TRASH!!! So what was stopping him from just giving me a refund instead of my packing my child to bring the meal back for one????
I gave 2 stars because my cashier was great to me and she doesn't deserve any backlash but the manager, ERIC, needs to be refreshed on customer service and not wasting the company's money. I will NEVER be back to this location or any other that is managed...
Read moreWe called ahead for our party of 9 at 4:50 we were told they expected us at 6:15, we were there at 6 pm and were told 15 to 20 minutes, okay that's fair. But at 6:30 we were told another 15 to 20, not cool. So we ditched you and went down the road. We have eaten here for years but this was just not cool. We didn't feel the priority was working both ways here. It Really didn't help that we were celebrating a birthday for one of our Grandchildren. This should have been prioritized better or just tell me you can't handle my party upfront, this left my party feeling very exasperated on a night that was meant to be a celebratory dinner.
Update: After reading your response it is very obvious that it is just a standard response to a customer complaint, I understand that with the business you have it's understandable one complaint is not worthy of your time. I will remember this as well....I only wish I could take back the gift cards that I purchased for your establishment. My family's experience is more importantly to me then a canned response! Update almost exactly a year ago, and again another failure. Came in at 4:30 yesterday, no one in the foyer, was taken halfway through the restaurant..she said wait here someone else is at your table...comes back takes us all the way to the back next to the restrooms....we had walked past SEVERAL OPEN TABLES and that is where we were seated, .... once again fail...you really know how to...
Read moreGreat food and good service. Wait staff was polite and generally positive. The check in process could use some work because the girl who "greeted" us was not fit for a job in customer service. I realize employers are hard up for staff, but getting barked at because we didn't know to reserve online and wait for text message (which literally took 1 minute after "check-in") was not necessary. I saw another woman standing around washing menus and thought to myself that the "greeter" would be much better suited for that job... As it was more in line with her customer service skills. Still love this place, I will still go back, and likely continue to enjoy myself. Went in yesterday for The first time in a while with my parents (who haven't been out much for a while) as a special celebration for reviving my graduate degree. Unfortunately the experience was slightly soured by someone assuming people just "get it" when it comes to all the odd procedures of this last year. I understand doing what's necessary, and what's within policy, but there are a variety more polite and helpful ways to encourage people to comply rather than simply demanding or talking down to people when they're not even aware of certain processes. So, I'm hopeful that perhaps someone in management will see this and realize the value of placing staff skilled in human interaction in critical places like the...
