I would not recommend this place. It was me and 2 other people. I ordered the bowl of chili with the bacon grilled cheese sandwich. Chili was warm not good. The one person ordered a side of bacon with a waffle and last person ordered senior waffle that comes with sausage. They brought my food, the bacon, and sausage. Then, told the other 2 here is your side but waffles aren’t coming out we have been having troubles with them not working and sticking but we are are working on it. Meanwhile, they are putting butter and all kinds of things on the waffle maker to try and not get them to stick! Why didn’t they tell us this when we ordered the waffles because we wouldn’t have ate there if they have been having these issues like the server said!

8.11.2020 My sons and I had a fantastic experience at Belton Waffle House. Keri was so attentive and friendly. We arrived at a great time and didn't have to wait for a table. Keri kept our drinks topped off and kept us updated to our food (which only took about 7 minutes to get). The District Manager Christina was working at this location toady and she also was attentive to all of the patrons in the restaurant. She made a point to stop at each table and ask how everything was and just chit-chat with patrons! Even though they were all busy keeping tables cleaned off, dishes done, and making more grits...they made a point to give attention to the patrons!! Thanks so much for a great experience on our trip to AR. Will return to this Waffle House if we are traveling...

No matter how many times I go to this waffle house it is a disappointment. Today I walked in at 11 am with my son, it took over 10 minutes to get a seat, not because they were busy, but because the tables were left uncleaned. After asking for a table to be cleaned (dont forget there are 3 tables total with customers and about 5 that were dirty) the waitress sits us down and asks if we want menus, ummm yes we want menus.. then she never returned, we had to ask for menus, drinks and then after our food not being cooked correctly twice, I looked over an saw an employee examining the bread for mold. This was a filthy place, the servers seemed to have bad hygiene along with horrible service. I recommend going to any other waffle house...
