Went for 2 back tires…the first day…received my SUV back but the tire pressure wasn’t accurate…I asked the technician & was told the vehicle would reset in 5-6 miles…inaccurate as I know because I had never experienced that w/my other Porsche Cayenne S…but I didn’t buck…drove about 30 miles that evening and of course the tire pressure didn’t magically auto correct itself…had to go back today…the owner suggested pads…NP…when I returned to p/u my SUV…there was ZERO TIRE PRESSURE READING AS WELL AS A SENSOR RELAYING AN ODD MESSAGE I HAD NEVER SEEN IN DRIVING A PORSCHE’ AFTER YOU GET TIRES REPLACED…WHICH IVE OWNED THE MAKE AND MODEL CONSISTENTLY SINCE 2005…THIS GUY PROCEEDS TO TELL ME HOW IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO RESET SENSOR READINGS & HE DOESNT LET HIS TECHNICIANS TEST DRIVE THE CARS….???? OK…BUT HOW ABOUT LOOK AT THE MONITORS…BECAUSE AFTER THE TECH DROVE IT…AT MY INSISTENCE…spend $700 & I am responsible for resettling sensors??? GET BACK IN MY TRUCK AND REALIZE EACH TIRE HAD A DIFFERENT TIRE PRESSURE READING….39…48…43…37…???? HAD HE ACCEPTED THAT HIS STAFF HAD DONE AN INCOMPLETE JOB AND APOLOGIZED….AGAIN NP!!!….BUT THIS GUY TOLD ME IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO LEARN HOW TO REST MY CAR…:HE DIDNT MAKE ANY MONEY FROM SERVICING MY AUTO….AND BASICALLY IF I DIDNT LIKE IT…DONT COME BACK….NP YOUNG...

Let me start off by saying that this is my second time coming to Fast & Friendly and I’m never disappointed. In 2017 my car had been tinted by another tinting facility but due to break-ins in October 2018 and Feb 2019 two of my windows weren’t tinted anymore. I found this place via Instagram and decided that the prices were too good to pass up. Upon arrival, the owner stayed true to his business name “FAST & FRIENDLY”. He removed all the tints and replaced it with new carbon tints that have stayed in place to this day and also put air in my tire when he noticed it was low. He even bought as food because some jobs took a bit more time than others but he was sure to keep us updated about what was going on.

It’s been a year and some change since I’ve been here to get my windows tinted back in February 2019 and here I am back in June 2020 to get my windshield done for the first time. I work at State Farm and have referred TONS of people to this business and will continue to do so as long as he’s operating.

I know it may be some negative reviews on here but keep in mind that folks always gonna have something to say. Also, he’ll tint your car as long as you pull up before 7PM and this place STAYS busy! Folks gotta eat and take bathroom...

Took the car to get tinted. They said they would call when finished. 6 hours later no call. So we drove over to see the status of the car. It took a bit to find someone to help us because they were in a side office smoking it up. Was told its finished and the keys are in it. Who ever tinted the car must of been one of the guys smoking it up because the inside of the car smelled like weed. No guarantee form of what kind of tint installed. Was told no one was there to check me out. Mind you I paid for the upgrade tint. A week later I paid to have the car re-tinted. The back window had a hair under the tint that you could see from the outside. Side window had visible air pockets that could be seen from the outside. The car sat for a week to let the water bubbles work themselves out. Out of the five pieces of glass tinted only one had zero flaws. I wasnt going to deal with this place twice after the poor service and work. Nothing inside was wiped down after the install either. Unless your a regular there you dont know who works there. They dont have a company shirt or t-shirt. It seems like it's just a hang out stop or something....
