So I placed an order on the 17th with home gallery. I heard about them through a YouTuber called Niki I should have known that of course she would receive excellent service. On the day of purchase I asked about the package that this you tuber was advertising. Of course the furniture she received was not part of the package at all. The furniture that was part of that package was not appealing at all. So I asked if I can still get the package there was several items that I didn’t need in the package and the manager stated yes. So of course I found what I wanted and then said because I didn’t get anything in the special package that I couldn’t do it. They offered me free delivery on my stuff so I still purchased my product when I received it was wrapped didn’t think I would have to check it. So I unwrapped it today. All of my pillows to a brand new living room set is coming undone pictures attached and I will also provide videos as well as the conversation me and the manager had. The bedroom set came perfect but the living rooms guys he stated that all of the pillows are like that and it’s not their fault it’s the manufacturer’s fault. But your selling their product I received the sofa with no legs for one of them as well the staples are coming undone on the furniture as well as there was a staple placed on the back of the sofa and cut the material on the sofa. The manager said I was nit picking that’s how he speaks to his customers. They don’t do refunds. So I asked for a néw one he refused. So let’s be clear guys I paid 2500 dollars of my hard own money and these people don’t care once they get their money they don’t care. Please read everything before you purchase from them. The YouTuber who got all that nice furniture advertised for them doesn’t care what their doing to us. The service I received was exceptional in the store but once I paid and received my product and there was a issue they are ugly and because they have their money...

Stopped in here on a whim ... oh man, so glad we did. My girlfriend decided to stop. I looked at her like she was nuts ... but it was here or Aaron's or Rent-a-Center, so hey, I walked in.

Loved the place. The range was very surprising. Pieces are creative. Lots of color. And I even saw some pieces here that I'd previously seen in Rooms 2 Go. Imagine that!

We walked out with a couch, bed, and two rugs, plus some freebies because we wrote this review and hit a price threshold. Honestly man, i was surprised to find this place in Belvedere Plaza. It aint exactly the Ritz over there, if you know what I mean.

So now, the best part: financing! You can do Synchrony and ding your credit or do the other financing that doesn't touch your credit and just looks at your bank account. I love to see it. Got approved for just enough to get what we needed. They offered next day delivery and we were out of there. All this happened within an hour. I really enjoyed the process for once.

Oh, and yeah man, the people are super cool and really nice in there. I'll definitely come back once I get this first round of furniture paid off.

Definitely recommend if you're not interested in hitting all that traffic to norcross....

I have withdrawn my previous feedback as Mr. Muhammad has effectively resolved the issues pertaining to my recent purchase. Initially, it appears that a miscommunication occurred, exacerbated by my personal health condition and the temporary unavailability of the item in question. I did not wish to seek a refund and instead opted to await the restocking of the product. The only other open issue is my credit for my damaged sofa in exchange for art. I am appreciative for Mr. Muhammed understanding. The only outstanding matter is my store credit for my damaged sofa which I'm sure will be resolved.
