Dang…super disappointed. This used to be my favorite thrift store. Was it rough around the edges? Sure. But it was one of the few actual thrift stores left in Atlanta. They cleaned it up a lot and organized it, but the prices are absurd now. $14 for a stained dress. So so sad. Not everything has to be nice! Cheap and messy is good for some. Yet they still don’t have fitting rooms? To try on a $16 dress with a missing button? I’m blown away by how prices have doubled in here. I guess they got bought out by some company called Savers. Well we sure aren’t saving! Just another greedy corporation whose greed will eventually run them to the ground. Doubt it’ll last long in this location. Used to be an accessible place to shop for all. What a shame. I will not...
Read moreDo not waste your time or money in this establishment. The worst customer service from the cashier. They do not honor the company’s 7 day return policy. I went to simply do an exchange with all tags attached and my receipt in hand and was told they couldn’t do returns. The receipt clearly says the policy but I guess they make up their own policies here. After spending an hour shopping to patronize this establishment, I wasn’t even able to purchase the items I scavenged for. Huge waste of my time and I felt disrespected as a customer. Will never return and will spread the word of the poor...
Read moreI’ve shopped here for many years but after going today I promise I will not be back. The remodeled store is genuinely beautiful and clean and bright. The prices are absolutely ludicrous. I would say that many of these items cost more here than they did new—i wouldn’t pay $19 for a dress at kohls, much less a used kohls dress at a thrift store. I don’t know what these people were thinking but this is really insulting to people who have depended on this store as a way to dress themselves for reasonable prices. Y’all really ought to be ashamed...
