Burger King — Restaurant in Belvedere Park

This has to be the worst Burger King that I've ever been to the few employees that they do have are very rude and disrespectful. I went through the drive-thru and ordered three meals all of which fries were cold so I asked for fresh fries the young lady in the window who started off pretty polite told me that I had to give her my entire bag in order to get fresh fries I informed her that I was uncomfortable with handing her the entire bag but I would not have a problem giving her the cold fries she then yells to a big back gap tooth stink chick that was set in the back about my request. Miss big back says that the fries were fresh. I pulled out a fry and informed her that the fries were not fresh. The young lady comes back and with a sigh of anger and says pull up and slams the window in my face. I wait there to see if she would come back to the window to ask her if slamming the window in my face was necessary. She then slams the window in my face again. Miss big back then comes to the window. I tried to explain to her what the previous employee had done by slamming the window in my face. She then tells me either I'm going to pull up or she's going to refund my money and I need to give them the food back. I asked her if that was necessary because all I wanted was fresh fries. We get into a yelling match and then a guy who says he's the manager comes out. He too was unapproachable. I again tried to explain the situation but he was not hearing me he kept saying get out of his line. Instead of trying to listen to the customer about what the two previous employees had done he just tried to rush me out the line. I never got...

I went to this store tonight to pick up a free Whopper from my T-Mobile Tuesday offers. The staff argued me down that they didn't HAVE to honor the offer because THEY choose to only honor the offer on the Tuesday that the offer is extended. They stood by their rule, despite the fact that the "flame" on the coupon was still in motion on the app and the coupon said that it was valid for 8 more hours...

So no, you WON'T get your order your way at that location. And for the record, I calmly explained that I was going to complain to corporate about them and I preferred not to say that I visited a Burger King in the hood that didn't care to properly understand the offers that they were supposed to uphold. Per the counter staff, they asked me to tell corporate that they simply do things THEIR way at that Burger King. So there you go! You've been forewarned...

When I got to the speaker they made me come inside for my online order which I don’t mind even though I asked to pick up through drive thru, when I came in the cook made it regular and when the cashier corrected the cook for it to be no mayo I witnessed the cook just switch the buns and use the same products and when I requested a new burger be made the cook was being apprehensive with the cashier relaying what I wanted then when I got my items I checked it and the tomatoes still had a white film on it, when I bring it to their attention a different worker tried to say to me that it isn’t mayo but it had white film on it so either the tomatoes are moldy or they’re not taking my request seriously, then the cook decided to yell from the back to make fun of me and my ability to tell what is on it by saying don’t put ketchup on the sandwich because I might mistake it for mayo. I don’t need to prove my ability in the kitchen to know my tomatoes shouldn’t have anything white on it especially if I requested no mayo this experience was terrible and I will not go back to this location and it makes me lose faith in the Burger King chain as a whole if they can’t take a simple no mayo...
