It's truly unfortunate when previously reputable establishments start to decline in service. I place an online order of about $60 worth of food (which is why I placed it online so that there would be no confusion about the order). When I pulled up to menu to let them know I was picking up and online order, I had to repeat my name (very clearly) 3 different times. Then once I got to the window to speak with a person, she acted like she couldn't understand anything I said, and all I did was repeat that I was picking up an online order with my name. After I was given my order, I knew I immediately needed to check my bag. That's when I realized I was missing all of the sauces I requested, a chicken sandwich, and a 24 piece chicken nugget. Those missing items themselves add up to nearly $20. I had went into the store previously before leaving the restaurant after noticing the second chicken sandwich and sauces were all missing. At this point I hadn't realized the nuggets were also missing. They never informed me at the window that they didn't have a classic chicken sandwich available or that they were out of the sauces I wanted. After getting my missing sandwich but not any replacement sauces, I left the store and headed home. By the time I get home and take everything out, I realize I'm missing 24 nuggets. I called back up to the store, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely understanding and polite, which I appreciated when though I was not angry but more irritated that an online order wasn't correct. Read moreI visit this pot pies on January the 14th a little after 1:00 8:00 I took my order in which it did a great job got to the window to receive my order check my order I ordered a three-piece two wings one leg before pulling off by check the order noticing that they gave me two legs and one wing showed it to the young man he told me hold on close the window next thing I know a lady shows up at the window I'm thinking she's a manager because she had a black shirt on and the cook at the same time ask me what was wrong I explain to her do you know this lady did not ask me for the box of chicken she asked me to get her the piece of chicken that was wrong in the box through the drive-through window first of all what was you going to do with that one piece of chicken was you going to get that to another customer was you going to put that back with the rest of the chicken let me remind you that when she came to the window I was eating a piece of chicken over the box that she asked for the piece of chicken out of and the chicken had a little older to it as a manager or a team leader you just don't do anything like that and this why they got a two star it's black people we got to do better common sense is free for everybody who wants it customer service is at an all-time low and if you don't be careful hey y'all going to be back there fixing that chicken and you ain't going to have no damn job to come to no window and ask nobody with the problem is take that food for thought why you asking for food through a drive-thru window I gave it to her on a napkin so please let me know what was she going to do...
Read moreThe customer service in this place is ridiculous the cashier stopped taking orders to count her drawer when she realized she made a drop on top of another employee's, this took about 15 min she turned to me and stated how sorry she was and took my order after she was done. I ordered the surf and turf promotion that is currently being advertised, I then waited another 8 min for shrimp and chicken strips to be cooked. I observed employees doing everything but what they were being paid to do, the cooks were dropping the chicken that was ready and literly watching the chicken as it was sold in the matter of minutes; in my opinion they should've been busy dropping another batch to keep up with the demand. I then see the cook drop a batch beautifully fried shrimp I mean they looked deliciuos. I am a very patient and understanding person so upon viewing the shrimp I thought to myself it was a long wait but the food looks great. I left and opened my box to eat and was startled by what was inside. I thought to myself how could someone serve a person that waited 23 mins on their order patiently this atrocity, the shrimp were burnt so badly that the meat would not release from the shell and the chicken strips were in half so both halves together made a whole one. I'm glad that I ordered the red beans and rice for a side otherwise I wouldn't have had a lunch. I made the best if it but I will never visit this Popeyes establishment again. They have over enough employees to provide a better quality of service which equals in my opinion through my observation poor training...
