Checkers — Restaurant in Georgia

I wish I could do no stars. The experience was horrible. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo no tomatoes. The meat was dried and over cook. Not to remind you we sat there in drive through for 18 minutes. Could have gotten a fresh chicken patty long as I waited. The Acting manger was grabbing napkins and food with his bare hand.All of the Workers had their mask under their face instead of on their face. Even the guy who was bringing up the ice. Now lets get back to the acting manager. He was very unprofessional cussing, clothes hanging off of his behind shirt dirty. . Talking about the customers were getting on his nerves.They need to hurry up and order. Remind you I am still waiting on my food. Then he realized I was listening to him.So he closed the window. My cousin ordered a Checker burger meal with no tomatoes. Not only did he get tomatoes the lettuce was old. The sandwich was sloppy and thrown together. Will I return nope . Not unless. That Manager who was African American early twenties about 511 or 6gt 1 is not working..Please do better for the price we pay...

Unfriendly staff who spent more time outside than actually inside taking; at least, at the time of evening I visited.

Also, I ordered and paid for '2 apple pies' as I thought they were 2 pies for $1 but only received 1 pie. Before I received my order, I overheard one of the employees mumble something with the only word I could actually understand her to say is "apple." When I received my order and noticed I only received one pie instead of two; though again, I paid for 2, I asked "why was I charged for 2 pies but only received one," the same employee who mumbled something about 'apple pies' said "if you want to wait 8 minutes you can but you still will pay $1 dollar whether you get one pie or 2 pies;" which, when I tried to process what she said, did not make a bit of sense. What I got from that was she was not in any hurry to see to me or anyone for that matter getting pies or anything else due to the fact that both she and the young man that waited on me went outside to talk to a person who was waiting for them...

My fish sandwich looks horrible. It’s over cooked and a huge portion of the fried batter is missing at the top. Someone needs to be held accountable for this. In addition to that the cashier was not wearing a mask and she was not in uniform I’m not sure if she forgot it or what but everyone else had on theirs. I asked to use my coupon when I came to the register and she asked me to pull up and wait for my food. And I politely told her forget the free food I needed to go home ASAP and she still told me to wait. I can not believe a huge square is missing from my fish sandwich and if I didn’t have work in the morning I would go back and get my money back and free food but I don’t have time for this. And in addition to that the store could have been cleaner. Overall I wasted my time and money. I should have went to Popeyes or another Checkers location. God bless all of the employees. Something is not right at this location and I hope the food and customer...
