By far THE WORST experience I’ve had with purchasing furniture was with this establishment. My furniture was delivered DAMAGED! AND they wouldn’t replace it. They wanted to charge me to replace the damaged furniture that THEY delivered to my home. Not only that, I was missing a lot of stuff with my delivery, and when I told them, I was told to come pick it up....although I paid for delivery. To top it off, they delivered a few of the wrong items !!! This furniture store is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. They don’t care about customer service. I’m highly upset and dissatisfied. Never doing business with them, nor would I recommend doing business with them. Unless you want to basically be scammed, save your money. I bought a bed from this store and a month later found my son covered in bed bug bites, after a full look thru with an exterminater it was discovered that it came from the mattress we just bought. Now my whole kids room is being emptied out and its all in the curtains and everything. Over $200 in damages for a $60 mattress....
