I was so excited to check out this store. Came from Redmond. There are 11 of us ladies going to Nashville and I was the first to check this store out in hopes we all would be spending money in there. Walked in with a smile on my face shopped for about 10 mins and was never greeted nor looked at, by either of the two gals at the register. Store was a mess. I just got my own first horse and visited A Bit Less Tack for all our needs. It was an amazing experience and so helpful with me being a beginner. They were able to help me pick out the correct sized saddle and all of my other needs and even let me take the saddle home for a trial to ensure it fit well to Lucky. I could spend hours in the store. Great customer service and great prices as well! Will definitely be returning soon....
