It's extremely frustrating that the same employee has not given me my discounts that I have earned twice in a row now. In the first time I spoke to a manager they said there was nothing they could do about it. And the second time I spoke to a manager for the incident that occurred today, they said oh we can correct that for you. So I'm a little confused at why some people can assist and why some people can't and I'm just out of luck. I guess. I feel like they don't value me.
