First, What ever happened to customer service? It used to be a requirement if you wanted to stay in business. Now if you like to feel that what you want really matters, all you have to do is go to Dutch Bro's. So, "Mr. Owner" You, or whoever does the hiring, sure knows how to pick the right employees. With that said, I think it would be a great investment for you and just one more good reason for your employees to want to stick around at Dutch Bros. for awhile, if you were to pay somewhere at least a little above minimum wage. They are worth it! Show them you value them, same as they make the customers feel valued. (Just Sayin) O.K., That was my edit. -next review- I was right! The other day I left a review and said "Google will probably delete this". You apparently are not allowed to leave a raving review. maybe a good review, but not a great one, Google will delete it, and with no explanation. I will say one more time though,( if it doesn't get deleted again). 5 stars are not sufficient for rating this place. There are many places that can earn the five star rating, but not many could get 9 stars, especially, consistently, like this Dutch Bros. does. Thank you....
Read moreLove the kids who work here, always cheery. There's a young man who is ALWAYS a joy to encounter. My daughter and I stopped in today to get her a drink and head back to the hospital because my dad is in there for some serious stuff. We've had a rough couple of days. He was off work and was leaving but stayed to make her drink and make her smile before we left. And asked that we keep him posted on her grandpa and that he sends his best wishes for a good recovery and he'll keep him in his thoughts until he hears other wise. Before we pulled away they all yelled " we send our love". They don't even know my dad but are awesome enough to send their love to a stranger. Amazing people, truly. Thanks for the smiles and love, we...
Read moreI normally don't leave bad reviews, but I just was very disappointed in my experience here. I came by in the evening and waited in line. It turned out that the car in front of me was an employee. They sat there for 10 minutes talking to their coworkers before leaving and saying, "See you tomorrow!" They got a drink, but it was at the very beginning when I got there. I don't know how long they were there before, but I saw other people backing up and leaving the line without ordering because it was backed up. When I finally got my drink, it was so full of ice that I got only about 4 sips worth before it was gone. I love Dutch Bros, but I just did not have a...
