Margarita’s Bridal is truly a phenomenal place! The customer service is some of the best I have ever encountered and the genuine welcoming nature is truly outstanding. Long story short - I am getting married in 2 weeks and was thrown a massive curve ball with my original wedding dress (purchased elsewhere). A curve ball so large where it had become very likely I would not be able to wear my original dress on my wedding day. I was in sheer, utter panic mode not knowing how on earth I would find a back up/replacement dress with just 2 weeks before my wedding. Maggie was beyond accomodating by allowing me to “walk in” to try on dress without an appointment, even though she already had an appointment set for the exact time I walked in. She welcomed me with open arms and assured me she would do her absolute best to help ensure I found a back up dress that I felt beautiful in. By the grace of the universe I found a dress off the rack that fit me like a glove with the only alterations needed being a hem and a bustle. Maggie took her customer service one step further and reached out to a few seamstresses in town and gave me their contact info to help ensure I found a seamstress that could accommodate my alterations in 2 weeks time. She is truly amazing with the most genuine heart! Needless to say, you will not find a better bridal store in Bend than Margarita’s!! I am so deeply grateful to her and her welcoming spirit that helped me through what was a very stressful day! I purchased an Eddy K wedding dress (from a different shop in the valley) off the rack, due to a short time frame for my wedding. They were supposed to check into ordering the matching veil for me but after several phone calls, emails and stopping by during business hours (ongoing for 6 weeks) with no successful communication, I took to the internet to find another store that was a vendor for Eddy K (these dresses are gorgeous btw!) and found Margaritas! I called them to see if they could help and Maggie was the absolute sweetest! Not only was she kind and helpful, but she took extra steps to make sure I was getting the exact right item since we were working together remotely. I was so happy and impressed! I will have the item in hand in less than 2 weeks and in time for my big day! While I haven’t been to the shop in person, I can tell you the customer service is top notch!
