I can't really complain about the drivers too much. However, one dispatcher named Tammy is really rude. The drivers have even told me that she constantly forgets to tell them when to pick people up. I tried to let her know about a driver refusing to drive down my street, dropping me off at the station, and then literally driving past me and turning down my street, after arguing with me that the blue line doesn't go down my street or drop me off at my house, which yes they do, almost everyday. Shedidnt even let me finish my sentence and told me it's my fault for riding in alternate line and "missing my bus" even though.. I didn't "miss" my bus. I just had to wait like 20 minutes for it and a alternate bus drove by instead, I didn't ask anyone else to pick me up so that's not my problem. It was nice of the driver but him doing that doesn't dismiss my feelings towards unfair treatment. They company doesn't even reply to these reviews so they don't care about customers feelings. They think just because the service is free u get no right to complain and have to deal with being treated bad. Meanwhile she's the fool bc the driver said SHE didn't tell him what my stop was but she wants to get an attitude....

Generally, the buses run on time(ish) and the drivers are nice. A couple tips though: if you take it regularly go inside and buy a card. The punch cards are a good deal and will save you a little bit. A ride is only 50 cents but it can add up.

Many of the buses will run 5 minutes late or early. On the flip side, they'll often let you out or pick you up at request. Call in and they can help you. That's more for if you need a wheelchair or find it otherwise hard to walk. They can only do it at sidewalks and if it's reasonable so keep that in mind.

People need to get off before it's boarded so make sure to stay away from the door at first. That seems to be a pet peeve of many drivers.

If you take the Yankee trails or one of the other big buses it'll be across the street a lot of the time or even in the parking lot. If you ask inside they can tell you exactly. Either way, if you just wait at the benches you...

Over all this place is very helpful to people. They have some very Unfriendly straight up mean employees, which have been reported by probably 100 people. And they still keep those employees who are down right rude! discribanation against the people who they are supposed to be helping! It's makes me sick that they would keep these people employed! People have called up state and Medicaid and NO ONE DOES NOTHING!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW...
