I was a happy customer after the first few fires and the new smell stink of uncured paint went away. So then about 5 fires later the door latch ball thingy pops off at 3 a.m. at moms house ( I know, 85 years old and still burns wood with the furnace having not kicked on once since Dad died June 13 1996). Smoke alarm blaring and a really raging fire when I got there and closed the door, vented the house of smoke and mom propped a broomstick against the door and went back to bed. So called Farm store told assistant manager Brandon that trying to leave messages at the DROLET phone answering system in the non understood non French language that the round metal friction roller crammed latch thingy popped off and mom is now propping her cane to keep the door closed (shorter than the broom which she needs daily thru Halloween to ride around on) pleas use your phone skills to get DROLET to fix the design safetrack issue and send us a replacement part asap. NEXT DAY A LONG SARCASTIC MESSAGE ON MY PHONE WITH FRENCH ACCENT TO READ P.14 OF THE OWNERS GUIDE TO ADJUST DOOR HANLDE TENSION AND PROBLEM FIX. "Joi". 2 weeks go by and the only good thing I can say about the French is "nice job on inventing flavored toast". Mom now was propping a customized brick (broken brick) as it fits tightly into the ash tray in front of the door and prevents accidental opening at 3 am. ,yesterday went to the Farm store and met the big dog overall store manager( Brandon s boss) told him the story in ENGLISH and with a funny expression he asked if he could call DROLET for us and get the part needed and Express my now colorful version of French accent to the A holes ( my term not his, he was very polite) and resolve this issue. I am always impressed with the friendly staff here. It was well staffed and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly - it sure seems like they don't mind being there. I hope it means the company treats them well - they are all great!

This location always has a great selection on everything from clothing, boots, horse feed, tools, etc. If we need it, it's here. Competitive pricing. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I prefer Berne brand over Carhartt, and I'm really glad that they carry their products and that they are often times on sale! I wish we had one of these in South Haven, but the 30 minute drive isn't that bad to get here. 5/5...
