The staff here is unfriendly to begin with and service is mediocre . I got my an acrylic fill with Gel by Lisa, whom I told that my middle finger nail (acrylic) was broken and needed to be replaced, she brushed it off and patched it up, which is a pet peeve of mine because that usually means it will break again, and of course it cracked the next day, so after finding time to go back a week after, no one answers the phone, I walk in to ask if my nail could be fixed and the very same Lisa who fixed my nails was practically barking at me like a chihuahua saying they were too busy to fix my nail, she spoke to me as if the service had been free and I needed to go figure it out on my own, some other nail techs intervened and told me to wait that they would do it, after I asked them how long it would be they said 30 minutes, which was too long for me since I had other responsibilities, I asked them when I could come back and they basically said I can’t make an appointment for fixing a nail and that I would have to try my luck, in a very rude and unapologetic tone. I’m disgusted at the audacity and the fact that I was treated so poorly by a so called business establishment, the lack of professionalism and customer service was so off putting that I will never be returning to this place. I also want to add that I pointed out to Lisa that my nails were uneven in length and she once again brushed it off as it to say she knew what she was doing and again she didn’t fix the length it was as though she was having an issue with seeing what she was doing, like I said before I’m...

Ugly Nails Nasty Attitudes. Do Not Come Here. The guy Daniel at US was very rude. I wanted basic clear full set nails on my lunch break. They took me in as a walk in at 1130 before his next appointment his at noon. I ask to have a straight line natural nail look, not too long mid length he cut them short and pushes my hand from side to side and say I did my job so what you want. I told him nothing at this point and you should have not taking this appointment if you are going to be rude. This is why I do not support services that to not treat African American like we are worth nothing. While they did get me in right at my appointment time, the entire experience was bad. They were quite busy, which I can appreciate, but the technician was very rushed, and my nails look terrible. Additionally the cleanliness of the establishment was very poor. There were nails and clippings on the floors, I saw techs stand up and brush things off on the tables and floors, equipment being kept in dirty jars. There were customer’s children walking around in the middle of the floor with no shoes on, going in and out of the bathroom. The staff was pushy, most likely due to volume.
