Abby Road Vape Store — Local services in Benton

I was going to a different vape store near by. But they became rude and not informative. Vapor world in benton is amazing to me as a semi new vapor person. Any time I have a question they answer. Bought several mods already. Mine recently failed twice within a month. I had reciete first time but not second. Got on the app that had it and replaced it for me again. Did not even know about app. Glad they have. Hard to hold on to such a small paper for me. Was very happy. Any time I want a new flavor they are always good on advise. Hooked on two menthol flavors now if not for them I would never had found. They all have great knowledge and good explaining beginner like me. A Pluse to all that work there. I usually don't review stores but this one just makes me happy. Every time I go in they all say hi and a bye at end. Answers every question and helps fix mod when ever needed. ...

Would give higher rating but 1 employee made me want to put a zero star. Went in to buy a new vape, juice, and some glass. Had 300$ to spend. Zach and Sean were very nice, greeted me upon arrival. But one employee, who didn't give his name or greet me was smoking weed out in the parking when I got there, making the whole parking lot stink, probably causing other businesses to loose customers. It's stunk to high heavens. Then he came in and was wearing so much body spray that it triggered my asthma so glad. I had to go use my inhaler. He had curly hair. This person should NOT be working in customer service and if you want your business to survive he does not need to work here. Will not be back unless this prlob9is handled. He makes people who actually have their med cards look bad. It is illegal to smoke week on public property. Will not recommend...

Have shopped several vape shops in the area, and little rock, and keep finding myself coming back to Vapor World stores. Recently moved from RTAs to RDAs, and I didn't catch the guys name, but have dealt with him on numerous occasions, but he spent easily 45 minutes going over different types of wire options, cotton options, and different build tips, and techniques. Helped me choose the wire, and cotton that was best for my preference, and didn't push just the stuff that they wanted to sell. Can't speak for everyone who works there, but the people I've dealt with are very knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. I love how everytime I've been there they make sure that I leave with the stuff that I actually want, and fits my likings best. Great shop.
