Normally I love this location and everyone is pleasant, food is greatâŚbut this is the first time Iâve had Cherish and genuinely I would pick somewhere else if I saw her at the counter again. Extremely rude, huffy, and irritated to have customers in the building at all. She treated every step of the order as if we were a burden to her, sighed and rolled her eyes multiple times with each additional sandwich ordered, and at the end when she asked if that was everything and we said yes, she rolled her eyes and said âI hope soâ. Had to tell her multiple times our order was together, and she made us pay before the order was finished. Had to re-grab her attention multiple times to even have all the sandwiches in the order made, because she repeatedly tried to end the order with each sandwich. Also had to repeat ourselves multiple times despite listing veggies slowly as she put them on and she still had to have many steps repeated to her, as she tried to leave multiple things off all three sandwiches. Those last two wouldnât have bothered me so much if she didnât sigh, roll her eyes, and huff at us the entire time.    Read moreSo I'm disabled partially in a wheelchair I was hit by a truck going 60 mph on foot when I was 16 I also have multiple autoimmune disorders and I was told I could not have someone stand in line for me even tho I can't stand mor then like max 10 min and not to mention they were busy anyway after having people skip me the manager yelled at me said she wasn't doing it because I'm not actually disabled mind you I have major scars on my legs and I was in a bathing suite she then told me as I got my daughter out of the high chair "see I knew you weren't disabled" then calls the cops on me because I'm too upset to drive and yells at me in the parking lot then call other people to attack us oh and she called my 4 year old daughter ugly as we left and my daughter is still not over this also I have called to deal with it I'm told over and over there dm would call me it's been basically 2 months I've had enough please dont eat here they ruin the name subway my favorite place to eat after going to the pool also she told me to fight her and she was 51 years old and when I called to complain they never did an incident report and acted as if this wasn't her first time attacking people because I said night manager and the said was it an older lady so yea do yourself a favor go to a...

Additionally, I was charged for a Fresh Meal, which I did not request, and I did not receive the accompanying fountain drink and chips. This discrepancy added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience.
The staff member assisting me appeared uncertain of the process, distracted, or overwhelmed. I was asked multiple times the same questions regarding the size of the sandwich, the type of bread, and whether I wanted it toasted. While it is understandable to repeat a question once for clarity, being asked several times throughout the process was disconcerting and gave the impression of disorganization.
I did reach through online support after try twice to get the manager at the store. Who seemed not to be on the premises and staff was uncertain to when they would be. My reply to my complaint was answered by the general manager with a GENERIC FORM LETTER! This is not an acceptable or satisfactory response to customer complaints. Remember it is customer who keeps your business running.
