Rent-A-Center — Local services in Benton

EDIT: After Contacting the corporate office I was put in touch with the regional/ district manager Dustin. After politely hearing my complaint he authorized a refund for the amount i spent on a new camera charger and an SD card. The store manager Luke was cordial when handling this exchange and even went so far as to offer his personal camera bag up to make up for the service i received (It wasn't necessary, but noted) . Although i had a bad experience at this location the management team did their part to make this transaction fair and it is appreciated.. I would consider going back for the right product.

.. I went in today after seeing a facebook marketplace add from an employee at this RENT A CENTER store. They advertised aA canon rebe t6 l, new, not a display model. i confirmed this before the transaction. I bought it , ( THEY RANG IT UP MISC) and later unpacked it realizing its been used no question and its incomplete. The plastic was peeled off, there is wear where the camera was mounted, the book is bent/ folded, the pc cable was a mess, theres no memory card ( Usually included) and the battery charger was missing.... I called the store to see if the battery charger had been misplaced but the clerk got snide and told me to just return it. This is the worst customer service Ive received in a while. Not only was the facebook post dishonest but the rent a center service member who posted it was terrible to top it off. All i want is for them to make this right. Do not rent from them! You become a week late and they harass you at your own home banging on every window in your home and looking through windows without covers. I called the manager while they were at my home and she laughed at me having a panic attack and having to go to the ER because of what these men were doing.
