The lady named Elly, that just left a nasty review on this location should focus on how she parents her child instead of expecting 5 star service from a fast food restaurant ran by young adults and children. I was standing in the lobby waiting to pick up a DoorDash order & heard her bully her child then her man got onto her. “You shouldn’t talk to him like that.” It’s crazy how females in 2023 can be such evil & miserable people to their own children. As she was walking out of the front door, an older couple at the booth started talking to her & she went on about how her food should’ve been labeled. She was very comfortable belittling the crew on clock bc she was leaning on the doorframe & would force their conversation to go on as I could hear their conversation hit dead end & take a pause, multiple times. Her and her man also left their food tray & trash for the crew member to pick up but they walked by 4 trash cans before walking out the door. The lobby was very clean & that was one thing that I noticed so she’s a liar. I hate to break it to you but this is 2023 & these fast food franchises are putting on way too many expectations for their crew members. A lot of these places are also low on staff. Fast food employees are most likely mentally ill so keep in mind to be kind to them. This location is always low on crew members as I visit often for DoorDash so come inside with patience. The lobby is always clean when I go in. Drive thru could use some work but they’re low staffed so I expect a little wait but not much longer than their time limit. :) The crew members are very sweet even under pressure & the kitchen is well organized. Some nights are emo nights so you may hear metal. Some nights are trap nights so you may hear rap. I promise you that you will most likely not have any mess ups with this location. Read moreFirst, let me say, I really appreciate the people at Taco Bell being there in order to serve us dinner. I know that working in the food service industry can be incredibly thankless.
The positives: despite us showing up at 10 PM, and every other place in Bentonville seemingly closed, these people were here and made us dinner, which was very helpful, considering that we were traveling at the time. The food was good. No one got sick and we had a place where we could sit down and visit with each other since we were visiting family from out of town. They didn’t have to let us in, but they did. I really appreciate them for that.
The cons: the team there really didn’t want to be there and it was obvious. It was difficult getting people to be attentive to us at the counter. The restaurant wasn’t particularly clean. We could hear people ordering from the drive-through one customer at the drive-through ordered a “party pack“. This caused the restaurant workers to yell the “F-word” loudly. Then, and I’m not kidding, the unaware drive-through customer said, “No. Actually, make that two party packs” to which the workers yelled the “F-Word” even louder.
Look, I was in the army…the language doesn’t bother me. I also “get” that a lot of work making people’s dinner probably isn’t a lot of fun…. But with us in the restaurant at the time, it really hit home that the workers probably weren’t happy at our presence either.

Read moreWent by there Friday night, I had ordered on the app, waited over an hour in line to find out they were out of Beef... There were at least 10 cars behind us. If you were out of Beef why did you let me order, take my money, and make us wait a freaking HOUR to be told there's NOTHING they can do.. You're open until 4am. . . What the heck were you going to do until 4AM?!? Wasn't offered anything to exchange it, I was actually told by the guy working the speaker "He was gonna let me in on a little secret, they only have 3 people working and went on a rant" Again, NOT the issue... Then a manager "Dashawn" (If you'd call him that) took over to still not offer anything in exchange for the items that had beef, That I can just cancel my order on the app.. Which clearly we tried to do well before we got to the window because of the line. Then they marked my order that we picked it up?!? WHAAAAT.. We couldn't get our 41 DOLLAR ORDER because TACO BELL WAS OUT OF BEEF!!! Still NO REFUND and NEVER got our food! Whoever owns this location should be EMBARRASSED for your lack of customer service, your poorly managed employees, and stealing from your customers! Good luck calling the customer service #, No one answers the line.
