I made an online appointment for a DOT Physical at this location. A link was emailed to me to fill out the paperwork electronically to speed up the process a few days before my appointment. It took less than 5 minutes. I received periodic reminders of my appointment time leading up to the day of the appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early and was immediately taken back to start the exam. The entire exam lasted less than 30 minutes and was very simple.
