This place is very clean! Smells good! Beautiful room! Comfortable "beds"! Dim lighting in the room. Nice!

BUT...I wish I got the same massage others are raving about!

I wanted to surprise my husband on Valentines Day AND our 1st Anniversary! He has never had a massage!

I have had many wonderful massages at a number of places in the Rogers-Bentonville area. This was not one of them!

I paid for a 60 min Couples Massage.

My husband was rather pleased with his! But...as I said...he has never had a massage and has nothing to compare it to.

I was very disappointed in mine! It started with a sheet over me. No lotion. No "hands-on". The sheet stayed on for a very long time. I do not find that enjoyable at all.

I finally ASKED for lotion. She did not speak English and she did not seem to understand English either! Frustrating.

Eventually she did take the sheet off and apply lotion. But then she massaged my left side only for a long time. Then she left the room and didn't come back for a very very long time! She left me uncovered and getting cold!

I asked the lady massaging my husband to get her back. She jabbered something BUT my gal did NOT come back.

EVENTUALLY she came back. She then did my right side only for a very long time. She did very little on my neck and upper shoulders. She did almost no foot massage.

She yanked hard on my legs! I have bad knees so that was painful. What does that have to do with a massage?

My husband said the girl who did his massage did the same thing and he has a knee replacement. He has had some pain with walking since she did that. And AGAIN...what does that have to do with a massage?

When we were leaving and I was ready to pay, "my" gal kept pointing at a sign on the desk INSISTING that I use my phone right there and then to give them a 5-Star Rating!

IF SHE WITNESSED ME GIVING THEM A 5-STAR RATING I WOULD GET $5 OFF!

This was the worst massage "experience" I've ever had. My sister and I walked in yesterday evening and asked for a couples massage. We were the only customers there. The room was fine & seemed clean enough, but the sheets had holes cut out in them. Within a minute of starting, someone walked in the front door and one of the ladies left to go talk to the person at the front for a few minutes. She LEFT THE DOOR OPEN when she left the room. The next time someone walked in the door, the lady giving me a massage left the room (again left the door OPEN). I turned my head to look over at my sister at that time and the other lady was on her knees ON the table straddling the back of my sisters head... The two ladies talked and laughed on and off the entire time. Two different solo men went to the reception desk during the hour asking about services and one of the ladies left each time to assist. I could hear everything from the OPEN DOOR only 15ft from the entrance. At the end of the day, we did receive massages. They were mediocre. No flow, no consistency, no actual massage techniques. When we went to pay, the main lady kept asking for higher tips. These poor women probably only get paid their tips. This place is sketchy and we immediately went back to our hotel to shower to get rid...
