This place did an AWFUL job with my radio. I had my radio replaced in my 4 runner. Before I took it to them, my car ran perfectly fine. 4 wheel drive was running smooth and I keep regular maintenance on my vehicle. My speakers were also just fine. However, after they were done with it, “coincidently” my car is stuck in 4 wheel drive and my front speakers are no longer functioning. After taking it back to them, they basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t do anything about it. They took me to the back to meet the tech that put the radio in my car and the dude was obviously stoned out of his mind while on the clock as his eyes were extremely red and glossy and he was talking and moving slowly. COMPLETELY unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone take there car here unless you want it...

I had an amazing experience with Creative Audio! I called on Black Friday to inquire about a remote start as a Christmas gift, and Ed was fantastic. He took the time to walk me through the options and explain the remote distance features in detail.

On the day of installation, Ed went above and beyond by calling to suggest addressing some dashcam wires that were hanging down. While they were already working on the car, they offered to hide the wires for an additional cost, which was a great suggestion and much appreciated!
