I signed my 3 yr old son up for preschooler group swim lessons where they're supposed to teach the very basics of swimming in the 3 foot kiddie pool to kids who know nothing about swimming. We went once and will never go again. Two teenagers more interested in each other's social calendars than the preschoolers in their charge were assigned to teach 8 children. To begin they did nothing to learn each child's level of skill or experience in the water... never even bothered to ask their names. They gave the children a couple minutes to practice each skill but never actually looked to see if the children understood the instruction or were doing it at all before moving to the next skill. At one point I watched my child walk 20 feet away from the group while the instructors talked to each other. I asked what they were supposed to be teaching and they jumped realizing they had been caught, but never realized my son had wandered off. I had to go get him and bring him back to them. At another point one instructor dunked my child under the water. HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO HOLD HIS BREATH... This is something they're supposed to teach him. While he choked and spit out water the instructor turned around and walked away!! I told the individual in charge who thanked me and ensured me he would discuss it in his next staff meeting, but I will NEVER entrust my child to these people and we will never return. We have been taking swimming lessons here for a few years. The instructors are amazing. There tends to be 1 or 2 main instructors but then have at least 2 younger instructors assisting, almost 2 to 1 ratio. They work on technique from level 1 which is awesome. Pool is closed to public during lessons. During open swim lifeguards on duty, water is clean, they have a waterslide, if you are tall enough and also a diving board. They also have a pool for toddlers, I think the depth is .5 feet - 2 feet. The updated playground next to the pool is wonderful! And the recent addition of the beautiful...

I just went yesterday on July 24th 2025. It was a cool atmosphere there but it is pretty dirty. There's garbage and leaves all over the pool deck, the deep end in the pool looks pretty filthy there's all sorts of hair floating in the pool that we kept having me to pull off of our face and head. I could understand if it feels was a windy rainy weekend prior but ot wasnt at all. If it was clean if everything was clean I will give it a five star. It's not even close to...
